FLORA SPUTANS VULGARIS
Cups on elastic sticks, are being filled with water. After they dispose, of that weight increase, they start to swing in all directions.
The spectator is able to control the refilling process with a lever, while standing at the coast.
Additionally it is possible to give the cup a rotating motion.
The flowers are nodding, spinning, taking momentum, are influencing each other, or are clashing together with the heads, if the spectator is able to steer them accordingly.
