Aqua Scope: Aqua Wahwah

The Aqua Wahwah is a melodic, water influenced, percussion instrument. Water filled jars are chipped with a felt stick, while hanging like upside down turned drums.
By filling and draining these jars, one is able to harmonize the tone colour, because the amount of water, determines the tone. Also, the swashing of water inside the jars influences the sound, similar to the Wah-Wah effect of an electric guitar.
Depending on size of the jar, as on the amount of water inside, the keynote is either higher or deeper.
